Lead product design, and user research efforts for an early-stage AI-powered platform to help Human Resource leaders attract, hire, and retain the best leadership talent. Created the logo and all brand materials. Managed a contract designer.

Lead the design efforts for Android, iOS, and web products that help ease the pain that nurses face when creating and maintaining a schedule. Worked to unify the design team across the organization. Established best practices and creation tools. Mentored younger designers.

Sr. Product Designer
As the first on-staff designer at Trapit, I established the internal design processes, from design research and exploration to execution and hand-off to engineering. I worked closely with our product team to gain consensus and clarity around product features and goals; as well as working with our engineering team to identify any technical hurdles.
Leading up to the acquisition by Scribble Technologies in May 2017, I redesigned the Trapit marketing site, overhauled our Android and iOS apps, revised existing features in our web app, and designed new functionality.

Worked with a team of designers on the redesigns of the EA Access hub application for Xbox One and the Origin client and website. Created wireframes, user flows, site maps, and prototypes. Worked with our user research team to conduct usability testing to provide direction for design improvements.

Created wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for Walmart's iPhone and Android (phone and tablet) apps. Defined the initial experience for in-store availability and aisle locations (store maps) while taking into account the strength and limitations of the technology and the user’s context and goals.

Created site maps, user flows, and prototypes for phone apps (iOS and Android), as well as the responsive redesign of the core Mapquest.com product. Planned and facilitated usability tests and refined the product accordingly. Helped define the roles and deliverables for the UX team. Established vendor relationships for recruitment and testing facilities.

UX Designer
Created low- and mid-fidelity prototypes for Android and iOS apps (phone and tablet), as well as desktop websites, including corresponding information architecture, user flows, and site maps. Developed personas for our users on both the B2B and B2C sides of the business. Established best practices for testing mobile prototypes in our on-site usability lab. Planned usability tests and analyzed the results to lead conversations with stakeholders and advocate the needs of our users.
